CFL Lights

Compact Fluorescent Lighting (CFL) is a relatively new technology for use in grow lighting, brands such as Envirolite and Ecolite have succeeded in bringing CFL lamps into the mainstream grow lighting market place. The blue CFL lamps work well for propagation and vegative growth. The red CFL lamps offer a low heat alternative to HPS lamps but do not quite measure up in terms of yield. Great for use in areas where heat build up is a problem as they generate very little heat. Please note that we currently only stock MaxiBright CFL lamps, as currently none of the other CFL lamps on the market survive mail order transportation.
