Secret Jardin WebIT

Secret Jardin WebIT is custom-sized plant support netting suitable for use in all grow tents, not just Secret Jardin. They come as standard with all Dark Room, and Dark Street tents that we sell.
The netting itself is slightly stretchy and fixes at 8 points on the tent poles - 4 on the vertical poles corners and 4 more in the middle of the Space Saver bars that now come as standard on most Dark Room and Dark Street tents. If your tent does not have Space Saver bars then they still work, but will not offer quite the same level of support.
Theyre made of a material that is easy to clean and can be reused many times, although should be discarded in case of spider mite. The net is slightly elasticated to make it a bit more flexible in the event of uneven plant growth.
These nets are absolutely great when used with Space Saver bars - once you start using them you will wonder how you ever did without them!

Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders are currently shipped with Parcelforce (Express 24 service for standard and heavy/bulky items) or DPD Local (Premium next-day), a signature will be required on delivery. We have been shipping orders for 15 years and our courier choices are subject to change as service levels fluctuate.
All orders are shipped on a next day courier service – you will be informed via email or SMS the evening your order leaves us so you know to expect it the next day. On the morning of delivery you will get another SMS or email informing you of the expected delivery time.

As the website calculates some charges by weight it is possible that shipping is not calculated correctly. We reserve the right to get in touch in these circumstances we will request the additional amount or offer to refund the order.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore and N.I.) is charged at a flat rate of just £5.95 per order or £7.95 (for the premium next-day service), standard delivery (with Parcelforce) is free* for orders over £50.
*Large and/or heavy items attact a surcharge from our courier - shipping surcharges are calculated per item and are applied regardless of order value.
Non-UK mainland destinations are charged by weight.

Collect in Store (Bristol)
We now offer a 'collect in store' option, which allows you to pay for goods online and collect from our Bristol store at time that suits you (within our opening hours).
The process is simple:
- place your order and pay online, select 'Pick Up' at checkout;
- receive an email confirming that the order is ready for collection;
- bring/show your confirmation email and photo ID to collect your order.
