Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders are currently shipped with Parcelforce (Express 24 service for standard and heavy/bulky items) or DPD Local (Premium next-day), a signature will be required on delivery. We have been shipping orders for over 15 years and our courier choices are subject to change as service levels fluctuate.
All orders are shipped via next-day courier service. You will be informed via email or SMS the evening your order leaves us so you know to expect it the next day. On the morning of delivery, you will get another SMS or email informing you of the expected delivery time.

As the website calculates some charges by weight it is possible that shipping is not calculated correctly. We reserve the right to get in touch in these circumstances we will request the additional amount or offer to refund the order.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore and N.I.) is charged at a flat rate of just £5.95 per order or £7.95 (for the premium next-day service), standard delivery (with Parcelforce) is free* for orders over £50.
*Large and/or heavy items attract a surcharge from our courier - shipping surcharges are calculated per item and are applied regardless of order value.
Non-UK mainland destinations are charged by weight.
Collect in Store (Bristol)
We now offer a 'collect in store' option, which allows you to pay for goods online and collect from our Bristol store at a time that suits you (within our opening hours).
The process is simple:
- place your order and pay online, select 'Pick Up' at checkout;
- receive an email confirming that the order is ready for collection;
- bring/show your confirmation email and photo ID to collect your order.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer shipping to the European Union. However, please be aware of the following policies and conditions:
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These costs vary depending on your location and local regulations. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or cover these fees on your behalf.
Shipping Times
While we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, please note that we do not have control over transit times or delays due to customs processing. The total delivery time may vary based on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control. We advise customers to check with local authorities for an estimated timeline of processing and delivery.
Customs and Import Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods ordered are allowed into their country. We cannot be held responsible for any shipments that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs due to import regulations in the European Union. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for undelivered items.
Shipping Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. However, please note that tracking information may not update consistently while your package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance in your country.

Returns policy
If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should, please immediately contact Greens Hydroponics on 0117 971 3000 or email us – a suitable replacement will immediately be arranged free of charge.
14-day, no-quibble, money-back guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Greens Horticulture, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made within the 14 days following the return of the product(s) to the store. For products returned under this 14 day money back guarantee, you will be liable for any postage charges incurred. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return Items
Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the product.
Ensure that products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused and not tampered with.
All promotional offers, e.g. buy one get one free, must be returned in their entirety.
