Order processing & delivery times
We use Parcelforce and DPD Local for our deliveries. You will be informed via email or SMS the evening your order leaves us, and on the morning of delivery you will receive an expected delivery time.

- 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this are processed the following operating day.

- 1 to 3 days (Monday – Friday)

- Within 1 to 4 days from the date of purchase
Standard delivery covers UK Mainland addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland.
Click & collect from our Bristol shop
Free. Choose Collect from our Bristol shop at checkout: just your name, email and phone. Collect the same day (we'll email you when it's ready,usually within 2 hours during opening hours), or choose the next morning from 10:30am. Pay at the till when you collect (no card needed to reserve), or pay online at checkout by card, Klarna or PayPal. Either way it's the website price with any discount code included.
