About Ventilation & Environment
Four jobs
Extraction pulls warm, damp air out through a carbon filter and brings fresh air in; it is the backbone of the room and is sized to the tent volume. Circulation fans keep the air moving across the canopy so no pocket goes stale and stems grow strong. Control means a fan speed controller or a climate controller holding the temperature and humidity you set, with a hygrometer to check it. Climate equipment covers the rest: heaters for winter, humidifiers for propagation, dehumidifiers for flowering, CO2 for sealed rooms.
Where to start
A fan and filter kit sized to your tent is the first purchase; add a clip or floor fan; then a controller once you know how the room behaves. The Fan & Filter Kits section pairs everything for you, and the shop will size a room over the phone.
