About Bamboo Canes & Netting
Netting
Crop support netting is a wide-mesh net stretched horizontally across the tent at canopy height, so every branch has a square to lean on. Put the first layer up before the plants reach it, and a second layer 20 to 30cm higher for tall or heavy crops. ProNet 120 and 150 are sized for 1.2m and 1.5m tents and fix to the tent poles.
Canes and poles
Bamboo canes and 9mm plant poles are the simple fix for single stems: push them in early, before the roots fill the pot, and tie in with soft or flat gardening wire. Conical supports drop over a plant and grow with it. Plant yo-yos hang from the tent frame and take the weight of individual branches, adjusting themselves as the branch rises.
