Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery to the UK mainland is £6.95 per order, and free on orders over £90. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland is £12.95, and the free-delivery threshold does not apply there. See delivery information.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and your order is dispatched the same day. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 working days, so allow up to 4 days from the day you order. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day.
Who delivers my order, and can I track it?
We send orders with Parcelforce or DPD Local. You get an email or text the evening your order leaves us, and another on the morning of delivery with an expected delivery time.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. The website takes orders for UK addresses only.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes, and it is free. Choose "Collect from our Bristol shop" at checkout and give your name, email and phone number. We email you when the order is ready, usually within 2 hours during opening hours, or you can choose the next morning from 10:30am. You pay at the till when you collect, at the website price. Ordering and stock
What does Pre-order mean on a product?
The product is not in stock at the moment. You can still order it, and we dispatch it when it arrives. If you need something today, the product page lists similar items that are in stock, or call us to check when it is due.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout, or with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. Klarna is offered at checkout on orders it is available for. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
Returns
Can I return something I have bought?
Yes. We give a 14-day, no-quibble, money-back guarantee: return the product in as-new, resaleable condition and we replace or refund it. The guarantee does not cover nutrients or bags of growing media that have been opened. You pay the return postage. See the returns policy for the address and what to include.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Call us on 0117 971 3000 or contact us straight away, and we arrange a replacement free of charge.

Where is the shop and when is it open?
Unit F, Totterdown Bridge Trading Estate, Albert Road, Bristol BS2 0XH. Open Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30, Saturday 8:30 – 16:00, Sunday Closed. See contact us for a map and directions.
