Found something we sell for less at another UK shop or website? Tell us before you buy and we'll match their price. It works in our Bristol shop, on the phone and for orders on this website.
How to ask
- In the shop: show us the price at the counter.
- By phone: call 0117 971 3000 and tell us where you saw it.
- On WhatsApp: send the link to 07585 700700.
- Ordering online: get in touch before you order and we'll set your order up at the matched price.
The small print
We match the same item (same brand, product and size, new and in stock) at its current price from another UK retailer. We check every request, and some offers, such as clearance stock, marketplace sellers and prices that need a discount code, may not qualify.
