Why a roof tent
A standard tent needs 200cm of headroom across its whole footprint. A loft has that in the middle and nothing at the eaves. The Pro Roof tent is shaped like the roof it sits under, so the footprint goes right to the slope and the light hangs from the tall side. It is a full Budbox Pro otherwise: the heavy canvas, the strong frame, the reflective lining and the ports.
Lofts have their own climate
A loft is the hottest room in summer and the coldest in winter, and it is dry. Plan the extraction to vent outside, not into the loft space, insulate the ducting, and look at a tube heater under Heaters for winter nights and a humidifier under Humidity Control for propagation.
