About Drying Nets
Why a drying net
A drying net holds the crop in a single layer on several tiers, so air reaches everything and nothing touches the floor. It folds flat afterwards. Hang it in the tent with the extractor on low and the lights off: a slow dry at around 18 to 21°C and 50 to 60 per cent humidity keeps the flavour and stops mould.
Sizes
The smaller nets suit a 60 to 80cm tent; the Prodry 90cm is the one for larger tents and bigger harvests. Hygrometers to keep an eye on the drying room are under Ventilation & Environment.
