About Hygrometers
Why measure
Temperature and humidity together decide how fast plants drink and grow and whether mould gets a hold. A meter with a min and max memory shows what happens at night when you're not there, which is where most problems start. Aim for 22 to 28°C with the lights on, no more than a 10°C drop at night, and the humidity range for the stage of growth.
Where to put it
At canopy height, shaded from the lamp, halfway into the tent. The ThermoPro TP358 sends its readings to a phone by Bluetooth and keeps a history; the AirComfort sensor does the same for AC Infinity controllers. The GrowCam lets you watch the room from anywhere.
