When you need it
If the room runs above 28°C with the extraction flat out, or you are running CO2 in a sealed room, cooling is the next step. Size by heat load: the wattage of the lights is the biggest number, plus ballasts, pumps and the room itself.
Before you buy
An LED fixture instead of HPS, bigger extraction, air-cooled reflectors and running lights at night all cut the cooling needed. Talk to us before buying a unit; often a smaller change solves it.
