Special Mix carries enough food for the first weeks and suits growers who want a rich soil to plant straight into. Hydro/Coco 60/40 is the free-draining mix for Autopot, flood and drain and any system that wants coco's buffering with pebbles' drainage.
Using them
Don't feed fresh Special Mix for the first weeks. Feed 60/40 at every watering with a coco nutrient and CalMag.
