Description
Athena Pro Core delivers robust nutritional support at every stage of plant development. It provides Nitrogen for building chlorophyll and amino acids, Calcium for structural development, and vital microelements that drive processes like photosynthesis and enzyme production.
Key Features:
- Provides easily accessible Nitrogen, Calcium, and essential microelements.
- Fully soluble dry fertiliser that leaves no particles or sediment.
- Compatible with any dosing system including Dosatron, Netaflex, and Rhythm.
- Dissolves completely at room temperature.
- Contains low levels of heavy metals.
This product is perfect for preparing stock tanks and works with all types of dosing systems. Its coarse mix dissolves completely, preventing clogs in irrigation systems and avoiding sediment buildup in reservoirs.
It is advised to avoid adding small quantities of Pro Line directly into the reservoir. Instead, it's recommended to first convert Pro Line into a concentrated liquid, which can then be used to prepare batch tanks.
Nutrient Preparation Guide for a STOCK CONCENTRATE:
- Use a container with a minimum volume of 3.8l (we recommend an Athena 3.8l Mixing Bottle.)
- Fill the container to roughly 80% of final volume.
- Slowly introduce the entire contents of Pro Line Pouch (0.9kg) into the agitated water, ensuring thorough mixing for complete dissolution.
- Mix thoroughly until granules are dissolved (approximately 15-45 minutes)
- Add more water to final volume (3.8l)
- Give the container a final shake & stir to ensure uniformity
Preparing your BATCH RESERVOIR: Follow the 2 lb per gallon guideline to calculate the ml per gallon needed to reach the desired EC.
Ingredients: Includes Calcium Nitrate, Iron EDTA, Manganese EDTA, Copper EDTA, Zinc EDTA, Boric Acid, and Sodium Molybdate.

How to use
Make the powder into a stock concentrate first rather than adding small amounts straight to the tank.
- Use a container of at least 3.8 litres, such as an Athena 3.8 litre mixing bottle.
- Fill it to about 80% with water.
- Slowly add 0.9 kg of Pro Core while stirring, and keep mixing until the granules have dissolved (15 to 45 minutes).
- Top up to 3.8 litres and give it a final shake.
Pro Core goes in alongside Pro Grow in veg and Pro Bloom in flower. Athena's Pro chart uses 7.7 g per 10 litres for cuttings and 12.2 g through veg and flower, then swaps it for Fade in flower weeks 8 and 9 (from week 7 if the plant is standing up well). Check the pH when you switch. The full programme is in the Athena feed chart.
Questions
Do I use Pro Core all the way to harvest?
No. Athena's chart replaces it with Fade, which has no nitrogen, for the last weeks of flower: weeks 8 and 9, or from week 7 if the plant is standing up well.
Can I add the powder straight to my reservoir?
Athena advise against adding small amounts directly. Make a stock concentrate first and mix your batch tanks from that.
