Description
Flowering plants need increased levels of phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) during their blooming phase to promote larger blossoms and sustain elevated metabolic functions. Athena Pro Bloom is designed to provide a harmonious blend of major and minor nutrients, including sulfur (S), which is essential for enhancing both the potency and flavour of the plants.
Features include:
- A well-rounded NPK ratio along with vital microelements, effective when used alongside Pro Core.
- A fully water-soluble dry fertilizer that leaves behind no residue or sediment.
- Suitable for use with any type of dosing system, such as Dosatron, Netaflex, and Rhythm.
- Easily dissolves at normal room temperatures.
- Formulated to contain minimal heavy metals.
This product is particularly suitable for stock tank mixing and is fully compatible with various dosing setups. The coarse formula guarantees total solubility, preventing blockages in watering systems and avoiding sediment deposits in storage tanks.
It is preferable not to mix small quantities of Pro Line directly into your main reservoir. It is advised to first create a concentrated solution of Pro Line, which can then be diluted appropriately for use in your batch tanks.
Steps for Preparing a STOCK CONCENTRATE:
- Use a container with a minimum volume of 3.8l (we recommend an Athena 3.8l Mixing Bottle.)
- Fill the container to roughly 80% of final volume.
- Slowly introduce the entire contents of Pro Line Pouch (0.9kg) into the agitated water, ensuring thorough mixing for complete dissolution.
- Mix thoroughly until granules are dissolved (approximately 15-45 minutes)
- Add more water to final volume (3.8l)
- Give the container a final shake & stir to ensure uniformity
Ingredients: Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate, and Iron DTPA, all chosen for their effectiveness in nutrient delivery to flowering plants.

How to use
Athena advise making a stock concentrate first, rather than weighing small amounts of powder into the tank. For a 0.9 kg pouch:
- Use a container that holds at least 3.8 litres, such as an Athena 3.8 litre mixing bottle.
- Fill it to about 80% with water.
- Slowly add the whole pouch while stirring.
- Mix until the granules have dissolved, which takes 15 to 45 minutes.
- Top up to 3.8 litres and give it a final shake.
On Athena's Pro chart, Pro Bloom goes in at 20.3 g per 10 litres through flowering (12.9 g for cuttings), alongside Pro Core. Plants in veg get Pro Grow instead, and Fade replaces Pro Core at the end. Pro Balance is the pH up for dosing systems. The full schedule is in the Athena feed chart.
Questions
Can I add Pro Bloom straight to my tank?
Athena advise against mixing small amounts straight into the tank. Make a stock concentrate first: a 0.9 kg pouch in 3.8 litres of water.
What do I use Pro Bloom with?
Athena Pro Core, through flowering. Pro Grow replaces Pro Bloom in the vegetative stage.
Will it block my drippers?
It is fully soluble and leaves no sediment, so it is made not to block irrigation lines.
