Description
Magnesium and Calcium deficiencies in your plants are quite a common but often overlooked problem. Plant Magic Magne-Cal+:

Magnesium plays an essential part in the role of photosynthesis by aiding the production of chlorophyll and Calcium plays an important role in providing resistance to attacks.
Made by in the UK by trusted manufacturers Plant Magic, Magne-Cal+ also helps the plant to develop a healthy root system. It has been developed to use alongside your PK booster. As your plants requirements for phosphorus and potassium rise, so does the need for magnesium and calcium. Magne Cal+ has been formulated to provide the correct dosage and will work effectively alongside any brand of PK Booster.
In addition to the main magnesium and calcium content, Magne-Cal+ also contains trace elements (hence the + in the title) and is equally effective when used alongside any brand of nutrient.
How to use Magne-Cal+:
- Shake well before use.
- Fill container two-thirds full - Apply at a dilution rate of 0.5-2ml per litre, then mix thoroughly. Apply throughout both the growth/vegetative and bloom/flowering cycles, and/or when needed during signs of deficiency, until the flushing stage.

Best Practices:
- Use clean measuring instruments - do not put anything into the bottle.
- Optimal pH range: 5.5 - 6.2
- For best results, monitor EC regularly and adjust accordingly based on crop type and growth stage.
- Store away from direct sunlight, closed in it's original packaging between 5°C and 25°C.
- Once open, use within 6 months for best results. Use within 2 years of production date (see cap or bottle).
Plant Magic have been delivering good, consistent results for many years - we're not sure if and by how much those micro elements actually help, but the plants we have tested so far seem to love it. How to use
Shake the bottle. Fill your container two-thirds with water, add Magne-Cal+ at 0.5 to 2 ml per litre and mix well, then top up. Use it through growth and flowering, or when the plants show signs of deficiency, up to the flush.
- Plant Magic made it to go with a PK booster: as the plant takes more phosphorus and potassium, it needs more magnesium and calcium too. It works with any brand of PK, such as Plant Magic PK 13/14.
- On the Plant Magic feed chart it is marked "if usage required": use it if your water is soft or you use RO water.
- Pour it into a clean measure. Never put anything into the bottle.
Keep the feed at pH 5.5 to 6.2 and check the EC regularly with a pH and EC meter.
Questions
How much Magne-Cal+ should I use?
0.5 to 2 ml per litre. Plant Magic's own schedules use 0.5 ml per litre in the first three weeks of bloom, then 1 ml per litre, and only if you need it.
Can I use it with another brand's nutrients?
Yes. Plant Magic say it works with any brand of nutrient and any brand of PK booster.
How long does an open bottle last?
Use it within 6 months of opening, and within 2 years of the production date on the cap or bottle. Store it at 5 to 25 °C out of direct sunlight.
